Project Manager

The main focus of this role is to implement the Priority ERP software at customer sites. When not working on a new project you will be working with existing customers to re-engineer or add value to their existing processes or to implement new modules of the ERP system. Priority is particularly versatile and hence customers stretch across many vertical markets. You will become an expert in the Priority ERP solution.

Support Technician

You will be joining the Medatech support team in a role which will expand your knowledge of ERP, with many opportunities to move into project management, development and implementation. You will be responsible for dealing with Priority software support issues raised by Medatech customers, as well as maintaining customer relationships and working on internal support and training tasks.

The support calls are not just IT queries, they will require you to understand the customers’ business processes and can cover many different subjects such as; CRM, order processing, inventory, production, scanning, accounts, purchasing, MRP.
